MP#20- Changed out all 3 heater bands on the nozzle. Nozzle bleeding back at sprue after just a few shots.
I changed the sled pressure sensor and adjusted it. Still continued to bleed back. Changed the nozzle tip out and checked alignment, had problems where the shims had come out.
I made some new ones with the material we had in the molding projects cabinet. Put them on, adjusted sled alignment again, checked operation, appears to be doing fine now.
Mp#4- Repaired wires on Core 2. Replaced the entire cable which was too short anyway on the Steemer Nozzle Mold.
