Mp#11- Core not setting when the clamp closes. Cores appeared to be working correctly manually. Replaced the core switch and cable that appeared damaged. Problem still persisted, it would stop about every ten shots. Finally slowed the clamp down and adjusted the core cylinder flow controls until it began running without stopping. Evidently it was a process issue and not a mechanical problem.
Worked out the BOM and electrical diagram for the Temp Control Modification to the Milacron machines. Giving the copy to Mark Mckee.
