Mp#4- Steemer Nozzle Body Mold
Had problems with the core 1 set limit flag being missing, not allowing sensor to pick up the set position. No way to fix it right without pulling out the mold. I made a tooling work order and posted it on the machine. Advised the technicians to use the timers or pull it out. They later had trouble with the part sticking in the front of the mold and thought it was the core not pulling completely. I was able to process it to where it stopped sticking for the most part. Gil looked at it and said they would get to it when itcame out.
Vacuumed up oil and cleaned up oil that was on the floor around the presses. Continued with PM's. Cleaned up in the shop also.
Installed several more of the lockout mechanisms for the pump motor E-stop switches. Only have about 3 or 4 left to do now.
We are shutting down at 6am Saturday morning due to the schedule change. Give me a call or send me a message if you need me in an extra day this week, otherwise see you Wednesday.
