Mp#7- We have an issue where the pressure is not going above 1600 psi on the gauge for injection pressure, clamp pressure, or pump.
The pump is working and changes values below 1600 when changes are made to the controller, but as it is, it is set at 99% for everything related to speeds and pressures and that is all we get.
I tried to adjust the pump valves but did not get any response at all after making a couple of turns so I put them back to where they were.
I did some voltage checks at the test points for the Kawasaki EPC controller and the VQ appeared to be out of spec according to the calibration sheet I had found. The VQ was supposed to be 3-6 volts and it was at 10 when the pump at standstill.
I discussed this with Mike and left him the calibration sheets I had at 11:00 when I left.
