Changed contactor on mp21 front zone.
Mp6 adjusted clippers on eoat they where gouging part.
Mp1 stopped a few times with a inj. Axis overload (overheat) alarm. Found bad fan in control cabinet replaced it haven’t had anymore problems from it.

Mp16 removed nozzle tip and adapter because it was leaking between the two. Cleaned and milled surfaces and reinstalled.

MP-3 Replaced one rear zone heater band & nozzle tip band.
MRO- Sorted out parts on west end shelves- ( non stock items ). Made some of them stock items, Moved some to trailer, & threw the rest out.
MP-7 The nozzle contactor may be about to go out. Tech called me to the press & said the nozzle wouldn’t heat. When I opened the cabinet to check it out,
The heats started working. I f it quits again, I’ll change it out.
MP-18 The hot stamp heat was cutting off. I checked the T.C. connection & checked for any other loose connections. Put it back together & turned it on,
OK for now.
MP-5 The hot stamp foil jog motor is indexing slow. It’s keeping up. Didn’t get a chance to check it out. Maybe it will hold out till they finish the run &
give us time to work on it.
