MP-11  Replaced missing switch levers on control panel.

MP-10  Added two more quick connects on air manifold. One 3/8” & one ½”.

D-32  on mezzanine wouldn’t restart—Bad process blower contactor—out of stock. I was going to swap with D26, but the process blower motor was locked up

         & had two blown fuses. I put a 100# per hour dryer in to get by---- no spare 200# .Had to wait till Sunday to pull the two dryers down & take to the shop

         to repair – “ No Overtime”

D-32  Need to order a contactor for this one. Old one is on desk.

D-26  I replaced the process blower unit.

MP-13  The ejector lost it position. I found the collar that the transducer read position from had fallen off. Re installed.

 

I am leaving early today, because I stayed over an hour last night.
