MP-3 Replaced one rear zone heater band & nozzle tip band.
MRO- Sorted out parts on west end shelves- ( non stock items ). Made some of them stock items, Moved some to trailer, & threw the rest out.
MP-7 The nozzle contactor may be about to go out. Tech called me to the press & said the nozzle wouldn’t heat. When I opened the cabinet to check it out,
The heats started working. I f it quits again, I’ll change it out.
MP-18 The hot stamp heat was cutting off. I checked the T.C. connection & checked for any other loose connections. Put it back together & turned it on,
OK for now.
MP-5 The hot stamp foil jog motor is indexing slow. It’s keeping up. Didn’t get a chance to check it out. Maybe it will hold out till they finish the run &
give us time to work on it.
