Work with F1 Fan Housings and new tester.  Fan Housings that had a .7 weld time proved to be leakers and could be destroyed at about 5psi.  Housings with .9 weld time had a small leak but passed the tester and were able to be destroyed at 10psi.  Housings with 1.0 – 1.1 seemed to be sealed / welded very well with destruction around 12-14 psi.  All new housing halves passed the drop tester at 30inches.

Wired mold #52926 (Steemer Tank)  for cores.  Swapped hydraulic fittings on the mold and connected to core 1 on MP2.  Adjusted switches and cores worked on A1 and B1.  Gary made EOAT for Tanks and we adjusted in.

Talked to Josh about MP21, he showed me the valve to increase speed of functions, worked with Rick to get fan runners to drop.  Repaired pull cable for plates on mold.

Set up ban saw in molding shop for techs.

Helped Gary button up MP15, he replaced screw and tip.

Worked on MP11 Robot,  Robot would grab parts and stop above mold, say in unsafe position.  Ended up being no time in cycle start timer  on mold machine.

Ronnie and I will  try to calibrate MP11 and MP21 tomorrow.
