Recovery Tank MP02

Hello All,

Gary Gore and Mark McKee built a new EOAT today to enable the Recovery Tank to run in MP02 off of the cores.

In the past we have used the Ejectors to control the stripper plate on this mold because when not using the robot multiple strokes were needed to clear the part.  It is a lot safer to use the Core circuit because when using the Ejectors the set-up parameters were just “tricking” the machine and everything was based on time with no part removal verification.  When using the Core circuit in combination with the robot, part removal is verified.

Just remember that on the “Special Options” menu of the robot that “Cores Logic” needs to be turned ON.

Any questions regarding this can be directed to me or any member of the Molding Maintenance Department.

Thanks
